Influence of entrepreneur competencies on profitability and employee satisfaction

This study shed light on the impact of entrepreneurs' competencies profitability and employee satisfaction. We used surveys conducted 200 micro firms operating in Ghana. both descriptive regression to analyse link between entrepreneur competencies, satisfaction profitability.
